A Catholic church has been brought to shambles following an air raid in World War II Italy. Large pieces of stone lay in front of an intricately-carved sculpture of angels, which was somehow able to avoid destruction. An angel and several cherubs are seen flying above a man dressed in robes, and a small plaque is also placed at the bottom of the sculpture. Perhaps the miraculous preservation of this sculpture represents God's incredible power and its many mysteries.

This was the only Japanese American unit in WWII and was nicknamed the "Go For Broke" unit. The 442nd had a casualty rate of 93% and was awarded 21 Medal of Honors.
